How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get started?

I started Brides Etc. about 10 years ago when I first moved to Toronto. I have always loved the beauty industry and love weddings. After owning my own salon and educating for over 20 years, I decided that I wanted to specialize my talents. I realized the importance of time to a bride. Running to and from a salon on the day of her wedding is the last thing she should be doing. This day is about her and I really want to make it as special as possible. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarentee, we will have your ready on time.

We love your services and your portfolio, everything sounds amazing!  Can you tell me what makes you stand apart from all of the other bridal stylists out there?

We are a company, however I am still directly involved with all of our brides. It is so important to me that you receive the best service from start to finish with us. Our artists are all highly qualified and have a great passion and talent for what they do. We all strive to go above and beyond to make all of our brides completely happy.

It sounds wonderful but you sound expensive, can I afford it?

We may seem expensive and we are not a budget service. I have heard from brides that didn’t book our services. They tell me that they had wished that they would have chosen Brides Etc. for their bridal hair & makeup. They weren’t happy with the service or work of the other vendors. Yes, the other vendors services cost less, but when you have to look back at your photo’s that will last a life time and they aren’t pretty, it’s worth paying that little bit more? Also, I have heard a few horror stories, of vendors showing up late or cancelling at the last minute. Image how you would feel if that happened to you.

Who do you work best with?

We work best with brides who realize that their bridal hair & makeup is a part of their entire beauty look. Our brides want to ensure that they are receiving customized quality work and services. Choosing a bridal stylist is not just about hair and makeup.  I’m sure you want peace of mind knowing that your stylist isn’t going to be rude, or show’s up late or even cancels at the last min. Once you have secured your date with us We really cater to the bride who wants a wonderful experience from beginning to end and doesn’t mind paying just a little bit more for it.

Who is not going to benefit from booking Brides Etc.?

Our brides are mainly conserned with the quality and service they will be receiving on their special day. If you are mainly conserned about price, we may not be the right match for you. Our pricing isn’t extravegant, but we aren’t a budget service either.

Does your pricing change often?

If we change our pricing, it will be a the start of a new year.

 

What areas do you service?

We currently service several cities within the greater Toronto area. Mississauga, Vaughan, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Just to name a few.  Also, if you MUST have Brides Etc. do your wedding, we would be happy to personally discuss travel arrangements and charges for anywhere outside of these areas (nationally & internationally).

This sounds like everything I am looking for, what is the next step?

The next step would be to fill out our Bridal Request Form.  We like to get to know our brides, their likes and dislikes so that we can create a bridal beauty plan that is totally you. We will set up a complimentary ”get acquainted” meeting over the phone or in person, to discuss your needs, pricing and packages and the vision you have in mind for your beauty look. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm so you can expect a call back within these office hours within 48 hours.

How far in advance should I secure my date?

We suggest you secure your date as soon as possible.  We book up most weekend days (especially Saturdays) in the Spring and Summer so the sooner you get on our books the better.

How do I secure my date with Brides Etc?

To secure your date you simply send us a non refundable deposit of $200 and you will be secured in our books. You may choose to do your trial first before booking. Your deposit will go towards the final payment of your bridal beauty services on the day of your wedding.

Yes,  You may request a list of previous clients as well as wedding professionals that we have worked with in the past at any time.  We also encourage you to check out our fabulous Feedback page.
